Statement Summary
Each branch will have the AC Standard Invoice template when generating PDFs for invoicing. The AC Standard Invoice PDF has a statement summary that provides the 'Opening & closing balance' with the format and details below:
Account Summary
There is also another account summary option for 'Outstanding and current balance' that will distinguish any payments and adjustments for the current balance.
No Statement Summary
If you would like to have an invoice PDF that does not have any statement summary, then we can also create a template that will 'Hide statement summary section'. The template will only include the line items of the billable items for that billing period.
If you would like another invoice PDF template using a different statement summary format, please submit a ticket through the AlayaCare HWCG Support Form as a 'Configuration Request' with details of the information to be included as well as formatting, and the HWCG Product Team will create the template for your branch.
