Mobile Survey and Screening Exceptions
WHAT:
This report shows exceptions to the mobile screening questions. For example, someone who states they are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19.
WHY?
You can apt to be notified via email as exceptions occur (in real time). This report is meant to be used for historical tracking purposes.

As needed.
Open Schedule Report
WHAT:
This report allows you to see all open shifts by client for their duration in a list format.
WHY?
It might be helpful to see this information in a list format, you can also send a broadcast from this report.
Frequency:
As needed.
WHAT:
This report serves as an audit trail report and will show who and when changes were made in the system.
WHY?
If there is ever a change in the system and you want to know who made the update or when an update was made, run this report.
Frequency:
As needed.
WHAT:
This report allows you to track total hours (hourly and fixed), total caregivers working, total clients, and total schedules (assigned and not assigned) for the current week.
WHY?
This report allows you to track the health of your business (hours, shifts, and number of clients, and caregivers actively working). As your office grows you should set weekly goals for the number of shifts, clients, and caregivers working and you can use this report to track the information.
Frequency:
At a minimum two-three times per week.
WHAT:
For each client you will see the client price, caregiver cost, margin and profit %. Caregiver cost is simply hourly rate times the number of hours worked. It does not include any overhead costs such as benefits.
WHY?
This report allows you to track the health of your business. You want to maintain a minimal level of profitability per client.
Frequency:
In the beginning, after each pay period, and once an established office, monthly or at least quarterly.
WHAT:
This report contains a number of charts that illustrate new and discharged clients by month, Top referral sources for the month, active, new, and terminated caregivers, average rates by month, hours by month, and revenue by month.
WHY?
This report takes many key performance indicators and puts them all in one place, in a visual format. This is perfect to share at team meetings.
Frequency:
Monthly.
WHAT:
This report can be used to see how much revenue you invoiced for a given period and to forecast your revenue for the next billing cycle (based on the number of schedules in the system for the current billing period).
WHY?
It is important that you are able to forecast how much revenue you will have for future billing cycles.
Frequency:
To create a forecast, run for the next billing cycle.
To identify how much revenue was billed, run it for the previous date invoices were approved.
WHAT:
This report illustrates the total amount invoiced by client for the desired billing cycle.
WHY?
To determine the total amount of revenue for a specific billing cycle. You can also use this report to process credit card and EFT payments.
Frequency:
After each billing cycle.
WHAT:
This report shows payments that clients have made for a selected period of time.
WHY?
You can run this report for all or a particular client.
Frequency:
As needed.
