What is the function for Offline mode?

If a caregiver is going a shift in an area where they don’t have access to Internet or bad service, Offline mode will download the information beforehand. They can access their profile and review visit details. Offline mode does also calculate the GPS.

To enable Offline mode in the mobile app, click on the menu and go to Settings > Offline Settings.

Then tap the box for ‘Offline mode’ and download offline modules for the next 8 days. This is our default setting. Upon request, we can update this time window, but we chose 8 days because most changes to schedules occur beyond that.

Please note caregivers will need to download the data by selecting Offline mode before their shift(s) and then when they get to an area with better service or have access to the internet, they will need to de-select Offline mode and upload the new information from the shift(s).
