What is the difference between the Care Plan tab and Service Tasks tab?

The Care Plan tab is an overview of the client’s care plan details and is a reminder of what the team is working on to achieve with the client through the scheduled visits and services. This tab is more driven toward nurse roles that will be updating the Care Plan on shifts. Please note that any changes for goals and interventions on this will tab will complete the goals from the overall client’s care plan and the progress they have made.

The Service Tasks tab contains the Client Tasks, Forms, Interventions & Goals, and what the caregiver is responsible for during their visit. Forms will not be mandatory unless you add them as an Intervention on the client’s Care Plan, but please determine the best cadence for reviewing forms with your team and client based on their Care Plan and funder requirements. Any required interventions or goals will have an asterisk (*)beside them, and if they were not completed then the caregiver can select the comment bubble to add the reason they were not completed before checking the task off.
