How can a caregiver add a form to their visit?

When a caregiver is clocked into a visit, they will be able to select the client’s Form History and see all of the forms associated with the client. To add a new form, they can click the button on the bottom right-hand side, which will allow them to search and add a form from all the options available on AlayaCare.
