Why can’t my caregiver clock out of their shift?

Your caregiver is more than likely working a shift where the client has required interventions and goals based on their service & care plan. The caregiver will need to go into the current shift and review the ‘Service Tasks’ tab for any necessary forms as well as required interventions and goals. Any required interventions or goals will have an asterisk (*)beside them, and if they were not completed then the caregiver can click the comment bubble to add the reason they were not completed, then check the task off.
