Your caregiver is more than likely clocked into a previous shift on the same client. To check for any outstanding session(s) they can go to the mobile app menu and select ‘Open Activities’. This screen will show the caregiver’s open Work Sessions at the top and the caregiver can ‘View All’ to check these visits. The caregiver will need to update any required interventions/goals, and once completed they will be able to clock out.
Office staff can also review any open sessions by going to the Dashboard and selecting the ‘Visit reports’ tab. This will show the caregiver’s clock-in/clock-out details, however, it does not specify the visit they have clocked into. If ‘Visit reports’ shows an Open session, we recommend going into the caregiver’s schedule and reviewing their visits within the past week or next few days to see if they accidentally clocked into another shift. The timestamp on the visit they accidentally clocked into should reflect the same time details from the ‘Visit reports’.
