What is the relationship between Pay Codes and Service Codes?

A Pay Code is the amount that an employee will be compensated for performing a service. Please note that we only associate one pay code to a service code. Overtime rates and holiday rates are then based on that pay code and calculated by Tambla.

For example, the PC-Regular (Personal Care Regular) Pay Code is associated with the Personal Care service code. If a caregiver completes a Personal Care shift on Thanksgiving Day and this is a holiday for your office, then holiday pay will be calculated based on your rate for the PC-Regular pay code.
