How do I pay a caregiver different rates for the same pay code?

If you have an employee performing a Personal Care service for two different clients at a different pay rate, we recommend setting the Custom Pay Rate for the rate that will most frequently be used for the caregiver. For the visit(s) with an alternative rate, we recommend editing the visit and going into the Accounting tab. Update the Pay Rate (Regular) to the differing pay rate.

If this visit is a recurring visit, you will have the option to update all future visits.
