How are payroll transactions rounded by AlayaCare and Tambla?

Our HWCG AlayaCare environment is configured to round using Bankers Rounding by default.

Tambla will round overtime blended rates, as they are applying the multiplier to the pay rate. If there is a 3rd decimal in the calculation and it's greater than 0.005, it will round the second decimal place up by 1. Thus, if the final rate is calculated at $15.713 then the accounting export will display it as $15.71.
