My Payroll failed. What can I do?

The HWCG AlayaCare support team follows the below flow chart to determine the cause:

All except the last step on the left side can be done by office staff. Any steps on the right side require the HWCG AlayaCare support team. Try all steps on the left side if previous payroll periods have worked before contacting the team.
