CHANGING A BILL CODE RATE IN ADMIN SETTINGS
Bill rates can be changed on the global level under the Admin settings > Job Types > Private Pay Settings. You may also access your Insurance Agency Jobs under the job types.
You begin by selecting the job that you need to change the rate. Update the bill rate and select apply rates.
Once you select apply rates, the system will ask you if you want to apply to existing schedules from a specific date. This can be in the past, present, or future. It will also ask you if you’d liklike to apply to approved schedules.
Keep in mind, that if you are looking to increase the rate in 30 days, you may add the date for the future, but after saving, it will show the future rate, even though it will not take effect until the date comes that you selected.
You have the option to adjust the hourly rate for each client or caregiver separately. To do this, go to the Profile section and select Demographic Information. Then, click on Job types located at the bottom right and make the necessary changes. You can modify the rate for the past, present, or future as per your requirement.
