Total Care Solutions – On Demand Scheduling and Pre-Pay Invoices

Total Care Solutions – On Demand Scheduling is billed per hour, utilizes NON-TCS job types, and is billed after services are rendered. For example, if a client is paying after services are rendered, you use Personal Care, Wellness Care, Complex Care, or any other NON-TCS job type with an hourly rate and bill at your weekly cadence. We recommend not using TCS job types to be able to differentiate those clients who are billing in advance.

Billing in Advance (Prepay) – If your client is prepaying weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, you will produce a manual invoice. We recommend using NON-TCS job types, such as Personal Care or Wellness Care with a Zero-Dollar bill rate for scheduling purposes. This is set up on the client’s profile as a custom bill rate. This will allow you to bill in advance. You will then be able to customize the invoice to reflect how you explained the billing to the client when you first began services.

Weekly package example-

If you are creating a manual invoice based on an hourly rate, you will fill out the unit and rate. Filling out the unit and rate will automatically calculate the total for you.
