Option 1: Utilizing Comment/Notes section in invoices:
After the client's invoice is generated, you can additional details for the client's TCS package in the invoice by editing the Invoice Details. These edits can be made to both Receivables and Paid Invoices.
- From the Accounting tab > Client Accounts and enter the search criteria to pull the specified client & their invoice.
2. Select the Invoice # to show the Invoice Details and click Edit option for the Notes section of that invoice.
3. Enter any additional context/details about the invoice that the client might need in the "Invoice Notes" section.
4. Save the Invoice Notes and this will be added to the Invoice Details.
5. Print the updated Invoice and the Notes will be shown at the bottom of the invoice. Please note dditional formatting to your office's invoice PDF template can be made from the Admin view under Billing tab > Invoice Settings and steps can be found on page 3 of Care+ Total Care Solutions - Invoice Formats.pdf.
