You will not be able to delete a mobile clock-in/out since the timestamp on the visit will be recorded once a caregiver clocks in from their mobile app. Each timestamp will show on the visit Information screen, and if you click ‘Edit’ you will see the dates of those times.
Please note when the back office is approving the visit, from 'Time Approval'on the visit screen you will have three options for Approval Action:
- Approve to Scheduled Time (the amount of time scheduled for the visit)
- Approve to Clocked Time (the amount calculated from the timestamps that the caregiver registered when clocking in & out)
- Approve to Specific Time (you can enter the specific amount of time you wish to approve)
Based on the previous section the Scheduled Time would be 1 hour since the shift was scheduled from 8:05 AM –9:05 AM. However, the Clocked Time would be a sum of all the timestamps the caregiver recorded.
