There are many reasons shifts may need to be canceled. Sometimes it is because of something that occurred on the Office side with a caregiver having Covid or a caregiver having car issues. Other times it is canceled at the request of the client. To better track why shifts have been canceled, below is the entire list of reasons and their corresponding descriptions.
