Caregivers will need to record their Clock In & Clock Out details through the AlayaCare mobile app for each shift they work. They must also ensure location services for the AlayaCare mobile app are enabled on their mobile phone; please refer to the following articles to update this for iOS devices and Android devices.
These details will show on the Visit Approval page under ‘Punch In Distance’ (distance from the Visit address where the clock-in was recorded on the mobile app) and ‘Punch Out Distance’(distance from the Visit address where the clock-out was recorded on the mobile app). If the distance is in red this means the Clock-In/Clock-Out occurred beyond 1000 meters of the Visit address, and we recommend reviewing this with the caregiver.
